Terms in plain language
- Website plans are based on a 12-month minimum term. Social media add-ons use a 3-month minimum term.
- Billing begins 30 days after onboarding, even if content or assets are delayed.
- You own your domain, logo, photos and business content. Lunamar Digital owns the website design and code until the minimum term is completed or a buyout fee is paid.
- Small updates cover reasonable content changes (text, images, prices, hours, services, links, small promos) and are limited to around 2 hours per month unless your plan states otherwise.
- Paid ads, content shoots, ordering / booking / payment systems and custom features are quoted separately. Ad spend is always paid separately.
- Social posts are created from supplied content and approved in batches; if no edits are requested within 72 hours, posts may be scheduled as prepared.
- We don't guarantee specific sales, rankings, enquiries, followers or revenue — we build the systems that make those outcomes more likely.
Common pricing questions
How does the no-upfront website model work?
Instead of paying thousands upfront for a website, you launch with a professional website and ongoing support through one simple monthly plan that includes the build, hosting support, maintenance and small updates. Billing begins 30 days after onboarding, even if content or assets are delayed.
Is there a minimum term?
Website plans are based on a 12-month minimum term. Social media add-ons use a shorter 3-month minimum. If you cancel a website plan early, the remaining contract balance or an agreed buyout fee applies.
What updates are included?
Small content updates — text, images, prices, services, opening hours, links and small promo changes — are included, typically up to around 2 hours a month unless your plan states otherwise. We don't offer unlimited updates or unlimited redesigns. Major redesigns, new pages, booking, ordering, payment systems and custom integrations are quoted separately.
Are paid ads included?
Paid ad management can be discussed, but ad spend is always separate from the monthly management fee. You keep full control of your advertising budget.
Can you build ordering or payment systems?
Payment, ordering, booking and custom integrations can be built where needed, but they are scoped and quoted separately from the standard monthly plans.
Who owns the domain and the website?
You own your domain, logo, photos and business content — always. Lunamar Digital owns the website design and code until the 12-month minimum term is completed or a buyout fee is paid, after which it can be transferred to you.
